Where possible please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. One of our Customer Service Team will be delighted to assist you. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning.
